Declaration of performance
The CE marking has been accepted with the aim of unifying the norms set with regard to products within the EU, which have the form of the so-called harmonized norms (hEN). These norms are documents that have been affirmed by the Comité Européen de Normalisation (CEN) that represents the domestic units of normalization in accordance with the portfolio of the EU.
A product that is marked with the CE marking system is in accordance with the Directive referring to construction materials (305/2011) and fulfills the technical requirements that are binding within the harmonized norms of the EU.
Following 1 July 2013 Declarations of Compliance attached with manufactured orders are replaced with Declarations of Properties. Declarations can be downloaded using the search engine.
To download the document order ID information is required:
- the plant with which the order was placed
- year of manufacture
- order number assigned by PRESS GLASS
- item in the order of PRESS GLASS
Required information is specified on product label and in the Delivery Specification.
