Information on the processing of personal data by PRESS GLASS HOLDING S.A.
Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter: RODO), we kindly inform you that:
1. The administrator of your personal data is PRESS GLASS HOLDING S.A. with its registered office in Konopiska, 19 Golfowa Street, 42-274 Konopiska, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Częstochowa, XVII Economic Department under the KRS number: 0000131477, with NIP number: 5740007496, REGON number: 15002115800000.
2. You may contact us:

3. The administrator has appointed a personal data inspector, who can be contacted by e-mail at: iod@pressglass.com.
4. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of performing health and safety duties.
5. Your personal data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO in connection with the performance of the employment contract and Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO in connection with the requirement to fulfill the Administrator’s legal obligations in the field of labor law.
6. The Administrator processes your personal data in the form of: name, surname and possibly other personal data provided.
7. The recipients of your personal data may be:
a. in particularly justified cases, PRESS GLASS sp. z o.o., which belongs to the PRESS GLASS group,
b. entities providing and supporting ICT systems, entities providing service and technical support for the devices used by the Administrator,
c. entities supporting the day-to-day operations of the Administrator, including entities providing legal, accounting and debt collection services,
d. authorized public authorities,
e. other entities supporting the day-to-day operations of the Administrator, including entities providing legal, accounting and debt collection services.
8. Your personal data will be stored until the termination of cooperation, and in exceptional cases until the statute of limitations for claims.
9. We would like to inform you about your rights:
a. access to your personal data and request a copy of it,
b. to rectify your personal data,
c. to request restriction of the processing of your data,
d. data portability,
e. withdraw your consent,
f. deletion of data.
In relation to data processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
10. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority – the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the RODO.
