Production potential
We have twelve production plants located in Europe and in North America, with a total manufacturing area of 220.000 m2. They are located in Poland, Croatia, the United Kingdom, Lithuania and in the United States. Their location, production capacity, certification and product range make our company unique in terms of effective response to demands of addressable markets.
Each plant specializes in producing a different range of products and meeting different expectations, yet together they create an effective network of connections.
Our plants are equipped with 51 IGU production lines, 20 tempering furnaces including two furnaces for the production of curved glass. We produce up to 33.000 m2 of IGU’s daily.
Radomsko (Poland) – production area: 63 th. m2
Two cooperating production facilities form the largest glass processing centre for construction in Europe. They service the largest Customers across Europe, North America and other continents, who expect the widest assortment of products and services from our entire offer and companies located in Poland.
Tychy (Poland) – production area: 12 th. m2
The plant produces the most complex products in the company’s range, mainly for the interior and commercial facade markets. It also supports other plants.
Tczew (Poland) – production area: 14 th. m2
The plant serves the Scandinavian market and window frame manufacturers in northern Poland.
Miętno (Poland) – production area: 20 th. m2
The plant produces IGU’s for window frame manufacturers in northern-west Poland and western Europe.
Konopiska (Poland) – the Company Head Office
Location of the Company’s Management Office.
Varaždin (Croatia) – production area: 17 th. m2
The plant produces IGU’s for window frame manufacturers across southern Europe.
Port Talbot (HQ), Peterborough, Barnsley, Cumbernauld (UK) – total production area of 44 th. m2
The plants produce glass units for the United Kingdom’s window frame manufacturers.
Ridgeway, Virginia (US) – production area: 26 th. m2
The facility specialises in the production of glazing intended for facades.
The two facilities are located in close proximity to each other and form an efficient and flexible system of links, supporting each other in their activities, servicing primarily Customers located in North America.
Kaunas (Lithuania)
– production area: 27,000 m2
The plant produces IGUs for window joinery manufacturers from the Scandinavian region and the Baltic countries.
We constantly modify our manufacturing processes and change habits to limit the negative effect on the environment.
In order to facilitate the changes, we have adopted ISO 14001, the worldwide management system for environmental protection.
