There will be as many as 284 flats in the 37-floor One The Elephant.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The investment is located in Elephant &amp; Castle and \u2013 apart from the residential part \u2013 it includes a 4-floor pavilion, a new park and a public recreation centre.
