Company PRESS GLASS has been distinguished with the prestigious title of “Solid Employer of the decade 2013” \u2013 awarded in Poland\u2013. In this way the award committee appreciated company’s HR policy.<\/p>\n

This award confirms that such honoured company is implementing and maintaining appropriate HR policy, which translates positively into the quality of products and services offered.<\/p>\n

Criteria considered by the jury during the award process were: \u2013 workplace environment (among others adherence to Labour Law and OH&S regulations); \u2013 timely payment of salaries; \u2013 social conditions; \u2013 employee development policy; \u2013 opinions by third parties (among others State Labour Inspection, Job Agencies, local authorities).<\/p>\n

Other important criteria included also problems related to investments in employee training, incentive programmes and, generally-speaking, Corporate Social Responsibility.<\/p>\n

“Solid Employer” programme has been organized every year for nearly a decade now. Media coverage of the competition is provided by nationwide daily papers “Rzeczpospolita”, “Dziennik Gazeta Prawna” and “Parkiet”.
