Press Glass was recognized at the SAP Innovation Awards during SAP Executive Exchange 2026 for its comprehensive HR digital transformation project. The recognition confirms that innovation and continuous development are at the core of the company’s approach, not only in manufacturing but also in the processes that support the entire organization.
As part of the project, Press Glass implemented SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA solutions for HR administration and payroll management. The initiative resulted in a modern, scalable HR operating model that currently supports approximately 3,000 employees and can serve as a foundation for future implementations across the Press Glass Group.
The transformation delivered measurable business benefits. Key HR processes were fully digitized, while paper-based documentation in selected areas was reduced by approximately 95%. The project included electronic personnel records, digital document workflows, recruitment and onboarding processes, as well as solutions supporting time and payroll management.
This initiative represents another important step in Press Glass’ digital transformation journey. Beyond implementing new technology, the project focused on establishing common standards and scalable solutions that will support the continued growth of the international organization.
This achievement was made possible by the dedication and collaboration of many people across the company. The project was led by Monika Kciuk, Payroll Department Manager, who represented Press Glass at the SAP Innovation Awards.
