10th anniversary of Press Glass factory in Croatia
The independent european leader in glass processing industry is celebrating the 10th anniversary of its factory in Varazdin, Croatia.
The Press Glass factory in Varazdin, Croatia, processes glass for window joinery manufacturers in southern and western Europe. The opening of the factory in 2015 marked the start of the Press Glass group’s expansion into the Italian market, as well as Switzerland, Austria and the Balkan countries, among others.
Development of the Press Glass group
Press Glass is a leading European glass processor, supplying glass for both the window, door and facade markets. The Group has a total of 12 production facilities – in Poland, Croatia, Lithuania, the United Kingdom and the United States. The high production capacity and appropriate location of the plants allow the Group to supply high quality products to a wide range of customers throughout Europe and the United States.

Responding to the challenges of modern architecture
The role of glass in modern architecture is constantly growing. Large windows or façade glazing blurs the boundaries between building interiors and their surroundings, naturally blending the building into the environment.

The use of solutions such as low-emission glass, solar control glass or warm edges makes it possible to reduce heat loss in winter and overheating in summer, becoming one of the fundamental elements of sustainable architecture.

Press Glass continues to grow in Europe and the United States. Another production facility has been opened in Port Talbot, UK, and expansion is also currently underway at Press Glass Inc.’s plant in Ridgeway, USA, which processes glass for the North American facade market.
